The Dtorque requires three different lubricants, depending on the part of the outboard:
1. Powerhead: Shell Rimula R6 M 10W-40, ACEA specification: E7, E4.
However, at ambient temperatures of less than 0°C there are two options:
- Shell Rimula R6 ME 5W-30, ACEA specification: E4
- Chevron TX Delo 400 XLE 10W30
The maximum filling quantity of oil is 6.5 litres with the oil filter.
2. Gear box: Q8 T55 80W-90 (API GL-5, MIL-L-2105D) (maximum capacity: 0.5 liters).
3. Power Trim and Tilt (PTT): Hydraulic oil: Dexron-III (top-up only).
It is important to use the recommended oil type to ensure that the engine achieves optimal performance and maintains its longevity.
