Once you purchase a Dtorque, you will have access to your Neander Account where you will access free training and guidance to service your engine.
You will be guided through easy-to-follow and interactive 3D animated work instructions to complete each service (50h, every 250h, and 1000h). On completion you will register your Dtorque’s completed service in your Neander Account.
For each service, your boat will need to come out of the water. Where you choose to service your engine will need to comply with local requirements.
If you purchased your engine through one of our local distributors or dealers, they may complete this process for you. You can find your distributor here.
In the unlikely event you have a problem with your engine whilst under warranty, we retain the right to ask for evidence of service if we have reasonable doubt that the lack of service is the cause for the failure.
